Magnesium bisglycinate (magnesium glycinate) is a highly absorbable and bioavailable form of magnesium, making it an ideal ingredient for supplements.

Our resilient chelated magnesium is created with the perfect ligand to be optimized for improved solubility and digestibility. Fully reacted, chelated minerals do not become disassociated in the stomach’s acidic environment. They remain covalently bonded and can be properly absorbed and used by the body. Magnesium supplementation may have a laxative impact for some people. Because magnesium bisglycinate is bound to glycine, a smaller amount of water attaches to the molecule thereby reducing the laxative properties of this mineral ingredient. ‡
