Return Policy

Cypress Systems, Inc. stands behind the quality and integrity of its products and services. If there is ever a problem with a received product, we encourage you to contact your customer experience person immediately to request a Return Authorization Request Form and number. All requests will be handled in an efficient manner.  

GUIDELINES 

Custom-blended products are non-returnable 

Expired products are non-returnable 

Cypress must be notified of the return request within 60 days of customer’s receipt of the order 

If the request for return is due to a quality issue, the matter will be investigated by our Quality Team and the customer will be advised of the results promptly 

Cypress will only accept product returned in original, unopened packaging 

Product must be shipped back to Cypress within 14 days of the receipt of an RA number. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and arrangement. 

Returned product is eligible for a credit with Cypress on the customer’s account 

A Restocking Fee of 25% of the original invoice value will be deducted from the credit issue 

Any damaged or unusable product received upon return will be deduced from the credit issue 

 

PROCEDURES

Customer reviews Cypress Return Policy GUIDELINES to determine eligibility of the return 

Customer contacts Cypress via email or phone to request a Return Authorization Request Form 

Cypress issues a Return Authorization Request Form to the customer for prompt completion 

Customer completes the Return Authorization Request Form and submits it to the customer experience contact. Incomplete Request Forms will not be accepted.  

Cypress reviews Return Authorization Request Form and issues an RA number for the return.  

Upon receipt of the RA number, the customer must arrange the return shipment and provide a tracking number to Cypress within 14 days 

An issue of credit may be reduced or denied if the return shipment is not arranged within 14 days of RA number issue 

 

FREIGHT DAMAGE

All claims made concerning freight damage must be reported to Cypress within 5 business days and material must be held for inspection at the customer’s facility 

If the terms are FOB destination: Cypress will file the freight claim 

If the terms are FOB origin: Customer will file the freight claim
